Fund Projects

If you are a first-time investor or just want to diversify your investment portfolio, than you might want to consider investing in project funding.

Project funding focuses on funding several sequential projects that will increase the value of the property by funding projects that contribute to the well-being of our tenants or guests. These projects will be activated one-by-one. As each project is fully funded, our contract partners will construct those projects and our property manager will increase the tenants’ rent and/or increase the nightly rates of our bed and breakfast guests. That amount is then distributed to all investors, based on their investment capital, every month until the investment term completes.
